Why Coaching?
I believe that connection, mentorship, and a feeling of belonging and being heard are essential for men. I've been a teacher for over twenty years, a sports coach, and I'm a Certified Youth Resilience Coach and a Certified Parent Coach. I support adolescent boys and men in gaining deeper self-awareness, building self worth, contending with stress, and reaching their goals. I also support parents in reclaiming their relationships with their children.
Supporting Men

Adolescent boys and men struggle with traditional notions of masculinity. Many of the traditional values attached to the masculine can be limiting and harmful, leading to difficulties in expressing emotions, reaching out for help, or showing vulnerability. Reliance and even addiction to substances, technology, and pornography are real and widespread issues that today's men must confront as they find their way
